What
better way is there to spend a week or two cruising to areas that you might
never otherwise visit?
You
could easily spend a fun and relaxing week cruising the spectacular Solent. Whether
your choice would be to spend a night at the Cowes yachting mecca with its winding
high street and quirky shops, vast choice of good restaurants and excellent sea
front walks or, a quiet evening snuggled up in Wooten Creek listening to Brahms
is up to you!
Maybe
a Saturday night up the Medina with a great meal followed by some table
top dancing at the famous Folly Inn is to your liking. You could of course
trundle up the Beaulieu river to Bucklers hard and visit the quaint old church
and artisans houses, or even take a lovely walk through the woods to the Beaulieu
car museum.
For
the more adventurous why not go cross channel to France or explore
the fabulous Channel Islands. You could stock up on lovely cheeses
and fine wines as well as indulge yourself in the many and varied excellent restaurants.
It is simply quite true to say that the French Coast and the Channel
Islands are hard to beat for sheer beauty and variety.
